Accommodation consists of large reception room with flat screen TV & a sofa-bed, designer kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher, induction hob, double oven, and microwave. The master bedroom has a King size bed, beautiful Balinese carved headboard, with bay window, the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together as a double. The beautifully designed main bathroom has, jetted bath with overhead shower and granite top vanity unit. The second bathroom has an enclosed shower. The large family dining area comfortably seats ten and overlooks a private landscaped garden. French doors lead out to the big deck and garden with gas BBQ, tables and chairs.

Located in one of the most safest and prestigious London neighbourhoods it is ideally located for vacations in London and for exploring the south of England. The delightful Kew Village has a host of lovely shops including a grocery store, butchers, bank, bakery, and many more, The local restaurants include the famous Glass House (early reservation is a must), cafes for great lunches and the underground station all 2 minutes walk away from the apartment.

Kew is served by the London Underground trains and the Kew Gardens station is on the district line which takes you straight into the city centre. There is also an overground train called the silver link city line which takes you round the city perimeter via North London. The centre of London is only a 20 minute train ride and Heathrow airport is only a 20-minute drive away.

Rates and Availability

  • Weekly rates are from £1,100 week to £1,950 week
  • minimum 7 nights stay- unless last minute- Nightly stays are £150-£200 per night
  • discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more
  • Pets on approval only, extra damadge deposit required

NB: Final cleaning and gardening  from £95  for 2 guests using only 1 of the bedrooms, £125 for 4 people, and £200  for up to 6. Pet fee £85 per stay per pet.

Due to high fuel prices and constant heating from September to May there is a fuel surcharge of £ 100, refunds for less/conservative usage.
